About Chad
I began my career in mortgage and real estate in 1999, quickly realizing that helping clients achieve homeownership — and structuring the right financing — was more than a job; it was a long-term commitment to serving people at one of the most important financial moments of their lives.
Over the years, I've worked across both boutique brokerages and major institutions, including Zillow Home Loans and JPMorgan Chase. This experience has given me a unique advantage: I understand both the flexibility of small, client-focused operations and the scale, systems, and discipline of large financial institutions.
Today, I represent West Capital Lending — one of the largest and most innovative mortgage brokerages in the country.
